Natural swimming pool with stairs

A prestigious historic villa, a state-protected environment and the customer requirements with regard to comfort were the ingredients that led to the creation of a natural pool.

The water flows over the length of an edge made of limestone and into the collecting trough with grid made of cotto tiles like the surrounding paving.
The flower beds are the corollary to the two stone arches with two water jets that enliven the background, the stone staircase up to the pool continues to descend into the water and then joins up with itself on the other side giving continuity to the unusual path within the natural setting.
